Remote Support Subscriptions

Kingwood Computer has been providing remote support services for our business customers for more than a year and it has worked so well for our customers and our technicians that we have decided to expand the remote support subscription service to out home office user and individuals.  Here is how it works; we install a small piece of software on your desktop or laptop computer.  This small piece of software is called an agent, whenever your computer is running the agent checks in with our server and reports on the health of your computer.  If you have a problem you can call us or send us a repair ticket and we will contact you to initiate a remote support session.  In many cases we can make the necessary fixes from our office which saves you time, saves us time and you don’t have to unplug the computer or have us come on over to do the repair.  If you need shop service or one of our technicians to come to your home or office you get the advantage of priority service and a reduction in the service rates.
