we manage information technology (IT) services 24 hours,
7 days per week for the business computing needs of our
customers via the Internet using proprietary software
tools.
Remote technology is rapidly moving forward by
leaps and bounds and these remote software tools allow
us to virtually control the entire network operations
off-site without ever having to step foot into in your
office. Unlike the traditional break-fix method of IT
technical support that is very unpredictable and reactive
we offer continuous 24/7 outsourcing of the IT functions
on a recurring, predictable monthly basis.
This provides our
customers optimized, high performing network operation
and “peace of mind” as
well as a means to budget IT expenditures just like rent
or insurance. We proactively monitor the IT infrastructure
and resolve issues and event alerts before they cause
trouble to minimize down time and maximize user productivity.
Small and medium sized businesses can now have their
IT needs taken care with our Virtual IT department without
paying an on-site staff.
Common services provided
in our managed services agreements usually include some
or all of the following; network server administration,
network appliance monitoring, network server and desktop
security monitoring, patch management, remote software
installation, remote data back-up, remote technical assistance
to the desktop as well as on-site computer repair technical
support as needed.
Special projects, major network re-configuration and new
system installations are normally handled under separate
agreements. |
