Break fix computer repair services
are performed either onsite or carry-in. Our industry
standard service parts inventory allows our technicians
to complete most repairs during the initial visit.
If a machine requires additional service, more complex
issues or proprietary parts we will pick up, repair
and return the unit to the customer’s
location upon completion of the service.
Our staff consists of professionally
trained, experienced and CompTia certified service technicians
specializing in server, network, desktop and laser printer
service and repair. Our technicians make every effort
to resolve equipment or software issues including any
requiring coordination with a manufacturer’s technical
support staff.
Kingwood Computer is a Manufacturer Authorized
Service Provider for Hewlett Packard servers, desktops
and laser printers. We are also Manufacturer Authorized
for many other computer manufacturers including IBM,
Lenovo, Cisco, Samsung and Sony to name a few.
We strongly believe in and encourage preventative maintenance
services to increase equipment life, performance and reliability.
